Dear Sandra! Unfortunately, we have problems with the order #.... The order was paid on... but we still haven't received the purchased items. I'm worried about them a lot, because it was meant to be a present (нормальная жалостливая история), and the person I bought them for is a huge fan os the Discworld but there's nowhere to buy such things in Russia. I know, that mail can be VERY slow sometimes, and I'm ready to try and contact the post office here, but for that I need the tracking number of the parcel, otherwise they won't search it for me. Please find the tracking number so that I could look for the parcel in the post-office here. I hope you can help me solve that problem, because there's a time limit before which every PayPal deal must be finished and that time is expiring. I really don't want to begin a PayPal dispute because of such thing, please try to help me solve my problem.
так это...я это все писала уже... практически слово в слово.. на это она мне конкретно ответила, что российская почта может доставлять и два месяца, что с трекингом они отправляют только подписанные издания, а все остальное едет обычной почтой. И написала, ожидайте....
